This is a trauma-informed, 13-week transformational mentorship designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, break old cycles, and embody the woman you've always known you could become.
Our journey begins again in Spring 2027 with a small, intimate group of 4 women. Live group calls will be held on Sundays at 6 PM MST.

What’s inside The Rise of HerThe Rise of Her moves through three intentional phases, beginning with the woman you are today, expanding into your spiritual self, and bringing it all together in a way you can actually carry into your life. Three months. Three parts of you coming together.
01: Understanding & Reprogramming Your Human
Before we expand spiritually, we build the foundation.
We begin by exploring the beliefs, patterns, triggers, survival responses, and conditioning that have shaped the woman you are today, including the ways your past experiences may still be influencing how you think, feel, react, and trust yourself now.
This is where you begin making sense of the patterns you keep finding yourself in and creating space for something different.
I approach this work through a trauma-informed lens, while remaining within the scope of mentorship rather than therapy.
This month gives your human the foundation she needs to hold everything that’s coming next.
02: Awakening Your Spiritual Self
Once you’ve started understanding your human, we begin exploring the part of you that may have been trying to get your attention for years.
Your intuition. Your spiritual connection. Your gifts.
You’ll begin to discover your own intuitive language and explore how spiritual connection shows up uniquely for you, while developing the discernment to navigate it safely, intentionally, and with integrity.
Because your intuition may not sound anything like another woman’s intuition.
Sometimes you don’t need to learn how to become intuitive. You need to learn how to recognize the ways you already are.
Activating your gifts is only part of spiritual development. Learning how to use them safely, intentionally, and with integrity matters just as much.
03: Embodying Her
This is where everything begins to come together.
The human you’ve been understanding. The patterns you’ve been changing. The intuition you’ve been learning to recognize. The spiritual connection you’ve been strengthening. And the woman you’ve been meeting underneath all of it.
Now the work becomes bringing her into your actual life.
How does she make decisions? What does she no longer tolerate? How does she respond when old patterns resurface? What does choosing her look like on a random Tuesday morning, not just when you’re sitting at your altar?
This is where we move beyond learning about the woman you want to become and begin practicing what it feels like to live as her.
Because the goal is for you to know how to keep choosing her long after the mentorship ends.

Hey girl, I’m Brooke
The Rise of Her wasn’t built from the easiest season of my life. It was built from the version of me who had to rebuild herself from the ground up.
I created The Rise of Her because I needed it five years ago.
I’ve walked through death, traumatic loss, motherhood, separation, identity shifts, and seasons where I no longer recognized the woman looking back at me. I know what it’s like to live in survival mode. To question yourself. To lose pieces of who you are while trying to keep everything else together.
Choosing to heal wasn’t a single moment. It was a thousand small decisions to stop abandoning myself.
Through my own healing and spiritual journey, alongside years of learning from mentors, teachers and practitioners, studying different spiritual practices, and developing my own gifts, I began creating what I wish I’d had when I was trying to make sense of it all.
A place where you don’t have to choose between healing your human and exploring your spirituality. Where you aren’t just told to “trust your intuition,” but supported in understanding what yours actually feels like.
That’s The Rise of Her.

You don’t need to arrive with a specific belief system, know what your gifts are, or have any of this figured out. The Rise of Her is a space to explore what spirituality and connection look like for you.

You don’t need experience with spiritual practices or intuitive development before joining. We start by building a foundation and move through the experience together, giving you space to learn, ask questions, explore, and discover what resonates with you.

Your intuition and spiritual gifts may not look or feel the way you expect them to. Rather than trying to fit yourself into someone else’s experience, you’ll begin learning how intuition communicates through you and developing greater trust in what you’re noticing.

The group is designed to be a supportive space where honest conversations can happen, but you won’t be expected to disclose something simply because you’re part of the mentorship. You’re encouraged to participate in a way that feels safe and aligned for you.

Brooke brings a trauma-informed approach to the work, but mentorship is not a replacement for therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.

The mentorship creates space to explore spirituality, intuition, and your own connection in a way that allows you to discern what resonates with you and what doesn’t.
