By booking or receiving a mediumship reading, tarot session, or any other intuitive or energetic service through Altar + Vine, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Not a Substitute for Medical or Professional Advice

The services offered by Altar + Vine, including but not limited to mediumship, tarot, energy healing, and intuitive guidance, are not a replacement for licensed medical care, psychological treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance.

These offerings are intended to support your personal growth, clarity, and energetic alignment, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.

If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Trauma-Informed & Consent-Based Approach

Brooke approaches all sessions through a trauma-informed lens, with the utmost respect for your emotional safety, energetic boundaries, and lived experiences.

You are welcome to set limits, pause, or stop the session at any time. Your autonomy is always prioritized, and no topic, emotion, or spiritual experience will be forced upon you.

However, please be aware that intuitive and mediumship sessions may bring forward sensitive emotional content, which can feel intense or activating. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

3. No Guarantees or Specific Outcomes

Brooke offers all services in good faith and with integrity. However, results may vary, and there is no guarantee that a specific message, spirit, or outcome will come through.

You understand that the experience is subjective and dependent on many energetic and spiritual factors.

4. Personal Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or interpretations that result from a session. Altar + Vine and Brooke Mears are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes associated with your participation in any service.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a reading or energy service, unless consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian and the child - both approved in advance.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are kept strictly confidential unless there is a legal duty to report (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Brooke may take brief notes for integration or reflection, but will never share or publish session content without your express permission.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a service through Altar + Vine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer in full.
