Thank you for supporting Altar + Vine. Every product and service is delivered with care, intention, and integrity. Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of our offerings, the following policy applies to all purchases:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Altar + Vine are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed.

This applies to all offerings, including:

Custom moss art

Ready-to-ship artwork

Tarot readings

Energy healing sessions

Mediumship readings

Intuitive consultations

2. Custom Moss Art & Physical Products

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each piece is handmade and unique. Variations in colour, shape, and materials are normal and expected.

Each item is thoroughly inspected and held for 24 hours before shipment or pickup to ensure quality and stability. Altar + Vine is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss incurred during transit or after delivery. If an issue occurs, clients are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss potential solutions.

3. Spiritual Services (Tarot, Energy Work, Mediumship, etc.)

Due to the energetic, intuitive, and subjective nature of spiritual services, no refunds will be issued for tarot readings, energy healing, intuitive sessions, or mediumship.

All services are offered in good faith, based on Brooke’s intuitive guidance, training, and energetic attunement. However, outcomes, interpretations, and experiences may vary based on the client’s personal beliefs, openness, and expectations.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact Brooke directly within 3 days of your session to discuss your concerns. While no refund is guaranteed, Brooke is committed to creating a respectful, supportive space and may offer additional guidance or clarification at her discretion.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or store credit may be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances and are granted solely at the discretion of Altar + Vine. Any approved return or resolution must be pre-authorized in writing.
